Tom Leiter, President & CEO

Thomas E. Leiter is the managing partner of The Leiter Group and an attorney practicing law since 1969 in Peoria, Illinois, specializing in real estate and related areas of practice including zoning and litigation involving real estate matters. Areas of specialty include representation of developers, land use and development, zero lot line developments, townhouse developments, air rights developments, commercial leasing, and all matters relevant to real estate development. Areas of practice also include litigation and trial work with an emphasis on real estate matters. He is licensed to practice in all Courts in the State of Illinois including the United States Northern District Court, Trial Bar, and is a licensed real estate instructor for the State of Illinois.

Tom has participated in the development of numerous commercial and residential projects providing legal services, real estate consulting, management and development as managing partner.
